The BTA/7ATL brake tester is not just accurate, but also remarkably user-friendly. The infrared remote simplifies brake testing, while the robust PC seamlessly interfaces with the DVSA system. Approved by the DVSA, this brake tester is suitable for 4×4 vehicles and can handle one-person ATL testing for Classes 3, 4, 5L, and 7, covering cars and light commercial vehicles. Safety is a top priority, with a proximity switch that stops roller operation when a vehicle is not present and protective covers for the rollers when not in use. The flush-fitting, galvanized roller bed seamlessly integrates into your workshop environment. Its advanced system measures brake forces for each wheel, as well as the differences between an axle’s left and right sides. This allows operators to assess every wheel’s crucial metrics, including rolling resistance, actuation force, out-of-roundness (ovality), and brake fading.
