The MDP627AL is a robust and easy-to-use leverless tyre changer designed to handle wheels up to 27″ in diameter and effectively manage run-flat and low-profile tyres. With a focus on efficiency and safety, it features three assist arms that facilitate bead lifting and depressing, significantly reducing the risk of damage to alloy wheels. The simultaneous locking of both horizontal and vertical arms ensures stability during operation. This tyre changer includes a heavy-duty square turntable powered by twin pneumatic cylinders, providing reliable performance. It offers variable rotation speeds for flexibility with different tyre types. The clever clamping system accommodates various wheel sizes, from 10″ to 27″. Additionally, its pneumatic tilting column and uniquely designed tilted bead breaker arm, equipped with a 12° articulated shovel, make it easy to handle even the most challenging tyre changes.
